This is my blog documenting my struggle with Trichotillomania. I started pulling my hair out in middle school during times I felt anxiety or stress. After years of minimizing the effect Trich was having on my Mental Health, I decided to make some major adjustments. This is the journey of holding myself accountable as I set out to change my behavior and stop pulling for good! I hope as I share my thoughts and experiences I inspire a few others struggling with Trich to change their behavior as well
